Archaeological monitoring identified partially surviving wall foundations of one of the original Swiss Cottage buildings in the north-west corner of the site. The foundations of the rear boundary wall associated with the Swiss Cottage fronting onto the Swords Road were also identified in two locations along the western side of the site. A cobbled surface, most likely representing the laneway to the rear of the cottages as depicted on historic mapping, was also identified. The identified structural remains were recorded in advance of the construction phase of the project.
