The Kilmacrenan to Letterkenny pipeline rehabilitation works as part of the overall Letterkenny Regional Wastewater Supply Scheme in County Donegal extends across the townlands of Ballaghderg, Ballyarr Glebe, Ballykeeran, Carnamogagh Upper, Carnamoagh Lower, Ellistrin Little, Kilmacrenan, Masseragh, Kilconnell or Glebe and Letterfad in the north of County Donegal
Monitoring during 33 non-consecutive days was undertaken between January and August 2019. Nothing of archaeological significance was identified during the watching brief. No archaeological artefacts were found during a scan of the topsoil from the test pits or trenches.
