Monitoring was carried out on the excavation of six trial pits and a rotary core across the site. Three of the pits were excavated inside a warehouse and three in the adjoining car park where the rotary core was also excavated. Wall foundations and drains were exposed in the test pits. No features or finds of archaeological significance were revealed.
