Monitoring of the construction phase of a windfarm development was carried out at Cahermurphy, Co. Clare between 20 February and 12 March 2019. The development involved the construction of 3 wind turbines, a sub-station and the use of a borrow pit. There are no recorded monuments on the development site or within 1km of the development site boundary. All excavations associated with the development were monitored. No archaeology was found.
