Archaeological testing was carried out at the site of a proposed new dwelling at Main Street, Quin, Co. Clare, approximately 200m south of National Monument (No. 15) Quin Abbey (CL042-027002) and medieval settlement (CL042-027). The testing revealed modern building rubble over disturbed soil. Sherds of medieval pottery and animal bone were recovered from this soil. No archaeological features were observed.
