Monitoring was carried out in relation to the extension of a mobile/caravan park, Millrace Holiday Park, at Brittas Bay, Co. Wicklow in response to a condition of planning imposed by Wicklow County Council (Planning Ref. 18/555, condition 14). The existing park comprised of space for 16 mobile homes and the proposed extension comprised space for nine additional mobiles in addition to a new secondary water treatment system with percolation area, a new sewage pumping chamber, play areas and access roadway. No features, finds or deposits of archaeological interest were identified.
