A programme of archaeological monitoring was carried out for sections of two pipelines, one along existing road through Ballyara/Falduff (immediately west of Tubbercurry) and a smaller section approx. 0.77km extending from Tubbercurry railway line across greenfield areas north of IDA park towards WWTP.
Monitoring was also required for upgrade works within the area of existing Waste Water Treatment Plant at Rathscanlon, Tubbercurry.
No evidence for any archaeological finds, features or deposits were identified during a programme of archaeological monitoring across various areas of this scheme.
