This fulacht fiadh was identified during pre-development assessment (17E0608) in advance of a residential development. Four pits, F3 (1.4m x 0.8m x 0.6m), F7 (1.7m x 1.2m x 0.35m), F10 (1.6m x 0.56m x 0.2m), F12 (1.6m x 0.88m x 0.35m) and a shallow, curvilinear cut, F5 (4m x 0.35m x 0.25m) were identified cut into subsoil. Each was filled with compact blackish-grey silt with frequent inclusions of charcoal and heat-fractured stone. No artefacts were recovered.
