Monitoring was carried out of groundworks associated with the development of a care home, at Brighton Road and Claremont Road, Dublin 18, in response to planning conditions attached to the development by An Bord Pleanála (Planning Ref.: PL06D.246624).
No archaeological features, deposits, or finds were noted during the course of topsoil stripping. No further archaeological mitigation is deemed to be necessary in association with the development.
