Development will involve installation of seven new-cast plinths to act as headstones in the Pensioner's Graveyard, Royal Hospital Kilmainham. The new plinths will each measure 0.63m long x 0.48m wide, and excavation will be limited to a depth of approximately 0.3m. It is intended to restore approximately 280 headstones on plinths on a phased basis over several years.
