An archaeological assessment in the form of test trenching was carried out by Linda Clarke and Derek Gallagher on 27 November 2018 at a proposed development at Creeslough, c. 25km north-west of Letterkenny, Co. Donegal.
A total of four test trenches were excavated across the footprint of the proposed development. The test trenching identified a number of land drains, but no evidence of any features or deposits of an archaeological nature.
