Test trenching was undertaken for the proposed building of a domestic dwelling at Elmhall, Belcarra, County Mayo. Fieldwork included excavating test trenches close to a church and graveyard site (MA090-00601 Church and MA090-00602 Graveyard). No artefacts or environmental evidence were revealed during the test trenching exercise. Nothing of archaeological significance is impacted upon by the proposed developments.
