Monitoring of ground disturbances was carried out on a site that had previously been tested under the same licence in response to an RFI issued by Louth County Council (Fagan, 16E0263). Several features of archaeological potential were identified in the southern portion of the site. However, these were subsequently avoided by the development and preserved in-situ.

Monitoring of topsoil stripping was carried out over the course of a day. Nothing of archaeological significance was identified during the course of works.
