Archaeological monitoring was ongoing at Adare Manor as extension and refurbishment continued. An area of medieval activity was identified at the main entrance to the manor from the N21 which was excavated under licence 17E0203. A number of demesne features were identified within the historic grounds including a road, rubbish pits and drains.
