The excavation of 96 site investigation trial pits at Timahoe Bog, Drehid and Mulgeeth, Co. Kildare was monitored over a period of 10 days in July 2017. No archaeological finds, features or deposits were identified in the majority of pits excavated. Three pits produced timbers with archaeological potential which were preserved in situ. A photographic and descriptive record was made of all pits which are detailed in the monitoring report and the associated
appendix.
