An assessment was carried out at the site of a proposed development at lands in Beaverstown, Donabate, Co. Dublin. The site covers an approximate area of 1.067 hectares and is surrounded by agricultural and residential areas north of Donabate. A total of 4 trenches (570 linear metres) were mechanically excavated across the site. No archaeological material was recorded in any of the trenches.
