Development involved the construction of 61 two-storey dwellings with associated car parking, a neighbourhood centre containing three retail units, a disability care facility unit and a house unit adapted for special needs.
Monitoring revealed five small discrete archaeological features containing occasional burning and slag. No additional artefacts were revealed during monitoring, and post-excavation is ongoing at the time of writing.
