Testing took place on the site of a proposed residential development and all associated site works at Castleknock Cross, Dublin 15. The site is in an urban setting and had been occupied by a large industrial unit and associated sheds. Testing was completed on a phased basis on 23 and 26 November 2015 and also on 17 and 18 July 2017.
A total of seven trenches were excavated and no finds or features of archaeological significance were exposed.
