Site 12 encompassed features identified in the widening of archaeological test trench TT664

The feature comprised an 8m diameter burnt mound including a central trough, a paleo-channel and associated spread material. Alder charcoal was recovered from fill of this feature and returned a radiocarbon date of AD 880–989.
