An archaeological evaluation was carried out prior to the proposed construction of student accommodations on Queen Street, College Street and Wellington Place, Belfast.
A series of 4 test trenches were mechanically excavated within the development area. The trenches were excavated to the level of naturally occurring sleech; nothing of archaeological significance was identified during the course of the evaluation.
