The 19th-century former Chapel of the Resurrection (Historic Building reference HB/26/51/002) is located within the development area. The excavation of 12 test trenches located throughout the development area failed to reveal any archaeological features or artefacts. Modern stone drains of no archaeological significance were recorded in four trenches.
A partially disturbed modern red brick path, which appears to lead to the door of the former Chapel of the Resurrection, was recorded in two of the trenches. The path has been preserved in situ.
