Archaeological excavation took place at Killynan (Pratt) 2, located along the route of the N52 Cloghan to Billistown Road Improvement Scheme: Phase 1 - Cloghan to Turin in County Westmeath. The site consisted of seven charcoal-rich pits, with a further area of in situ burning. No finds were recovered in excavation.
