Monitoring of a housing development at Clonee, Co. Meath was undertaken sporadically between 12 October 2016 and 27 April 2017. The topsoil consisted of loose mid-brown sandy clay up to 0.3m in depth, containing 19th-century pottery, red brick fragments and modern glass. The natural subsoil consisted of yellowish-brown sandy clay. Nothing archaeological was identified during these works.
