Two small pits were identified at Drumaleheen 7 during testing. One of these pits was sampled; it measured 0.48m in length, 0.4m in width and 0.2m in depth. It was filled with a silty clay and charcoal. A radiocarbon date of 1135-976 BC was returned for this charcoal sample. No other features were identified during the excavation phase and an area of possible burning was deemed to be non-archaeological in nature. No finds were recovered from the site
