A small charcoal spread/pit was identified at Drumaleheen 5 during testing in 2015. A sample taken from the spread during the testing phase returned a radiocarbon date of 1058–906 BC. During the excavation phase it was noted that the spread filled a small shallow depression measuring 2m in length by 1.5m in width. No further features were evident at the site and no finds were recovered.
