The proposed development at Toberroe is located in an archaeologically rich landscape (GA028:043) with a monument located immediately south of the development site. A walk-over survey of the proposed development site indicated no features of archaeological significance visible above ground and testing revealed no features or artefacts. The proposed development of the construction of a sheep housing unit and associated site works will not impact on any archaeological layers or features.
