Monitoring was undertaken for groundworks associated with the redevelopment of public realm infrastructure at the Irish Life Complex, which occupies a large plot of land between Talbot Street and Abbey Street Lower, Dublin 1. It was carried out in response to planning conditions attached to the development (Planning Ref.: 2369/16). Nothing of archaeological significance was found during the course of monitoring; no further archaeological mitigation is required.
