A licence was sought to undertake archaeological monitoring of ground disturbances associated with the re-development of existing structure and new build for First Ireland Risk Management Ltd at 14, 15 and 16 Parkgate Street, D8. Monitoring was undertaken in response to planning conditions attached to the proposed development (Planning Ref.: 2168/15).
Monitoring was carried out between December 2015 and January 2016. No archaeological material was uncovered at this time.
