An archaeological evaluation was undertaken ahead of the proposed construction of two individual dwellings on lands adjacent to 4 Saul Mills Road, Downpatrick, Co. Down.
Four test trenches were excavated across the site using a back-acting machine fitted with a toothless bucket.
No archaeological deposits were identified during the course of the evaluation.
