Archaeological works were completed on 16 August 2016. This phase is designed to partially discharge the archaeological conditions (Conditions 3 and 4) on planning approval LA06/2015/0731/F. This would only be for Plots 1–6, 13–26, 35 & 36 as these plots were re-stripped and no archaeological material was encountered. However, the archaeological condition cannot be fully discharged for the entire site as Plots 7–12, 33 & 34 lie underneath spoil heaps and have not been investigated.
