The development involved the construction of a single house, garage, waste water treatment system and associated site development works on a site measuring 0.2662ha. The site is located approximately 50m north-west of DG018-003---- (burial ground). The excavation of three test trenches located throughout the proposed development area failed to reveal any archaeological features or artefacts. On all occasions topsoil directly sealed geologically deposited strata. Two modern stone drains of no archaeological significance were recorded in each trench.
