The proposed development comprises the construction of a dwelling, new vehicular entrance and the installation of a percolation area at Nadanuller More, Nad, Banteer, County Cork. Testing within the footprint of the proposed house, driveway and percolation area has shown that no archaeological features were exposed within the trenches excavated. The development site is located c. 60m south-west of a burial ground (CO040-122) of which no visible trace remains. A substantial field boundary divides the development site from the monument. No archaeological features or deposits potentially relating to the nearby monument were exposed in the test trenches.
