An archaeological evaluation was out carried prior to a number of proposed alterations to the Valley and Dunluce Courses, including the construction of a new greenkeeper's compound and the addition and alteration of a number of holes and tees, at the Royal Portrush Golf Course, Portrush. There are 6 recorded sites in the SMR located within Royal Portrush Golf Club: ANT 002:006, ANT 002:007, ANT 002:012, ANT 002:017, ANT 006:009 and ANT 006:017.
Monitoring was undertaken of all groundworks.
Nothing of archaeological significance was identified during the course of the evaluation.
