Monitoring was undertaken in advance of the construction of a primary care centre on Rosanna Road. The site lay some 300m to the north of the zone of archaeological potential for the historic town of Tipperary. Monitoring of ground works was undertaken over 5 days. Nothing of an archaeological nature was discovered.
