An assessment was undertaken at the site of a proposed education campus at Ashbourne, Co. Meath. This site is composed of a large area of arable land (9.3ha) with existing residential areas to the north and east. Eleven trenches (2200 linear meters) were excavated across the site as far as the natural subsoil. No archaeological features were recorded.
