Monitoring was carried out by Padraig Clancy, Linzi Simpson and Steve Hickey of Courtney Deery Heritage Consultancy Ltd. on behalf of Tyler Ownes Architects for BC McGettigan Ltd. The archaeological works were undertaken in response to Dublin City Council Planning Condition No.7 of Planning Register Reference No.:2533/15.
Due to the intermittent nature of the on-site groundworks and piling, monitoring took place over six days between 30 September 2015 and 5 November 2015. No features or finds of archaeological significance were identified as a result of these works.
