Monitoring was carried out in accordance with the planning grant conditions for the proposed modification and extension to 109 Moyne Road, Ranelagh, Dublin 6. No 109 is listed as a protected structure (DCC RPS no: 5787).
The proposed works involve to convert existing dwelling from 2 flats into a single dwelling and to construct a single storey with part two-storey extension to the rear, complete with demolition of rear garage and construction of new shed and a car port entered by existing access off common lane.
