The Bull Wall to Causeway Road section of the Sutton to Sandycove Cycleway & Footway Scheme will involve the construction of a 2km long cycle track to link in with 6km of existing cycleways along North Dublin Bay. It is also proposed to undertake watermain realignment works in tandem with the cycleway construction. Monitoring of the groundworks was undertaken from May 2015 – Dec 2015. No archaeological finds or features were uncovered. Works are ongoing and will continue into 2016.
