Testing was undertaken across the site in order to determine the nature, extent and location of any potential sub-surface features, finds or deposits of archaeological consequence. A total of five test trenches comprising 420m² were excavated on the site. Nothing of archaeological significance was identified on this site. No archaeological artefacts were found in a scan of the topsoil from the site excavation.
