Monitoring of topsoil stripping was undertaken ahead of development at 191 – 195 Culmore Road, Derry on 3 and 4 March 2015.
A total area measuring approximately 1800m² was stripped of topsoil. No features, finds or deposits of archaeological significance were identified. No archaeological artefacts were found during a scan of the topsoil from the excavation.
