It is clear that the development area has been covered in a significant amount of fill to a depth of at least 1.5m. It is also likely, though it could not be proven, that the development area was subject to clearance and levelling prior to this fill being deposited. With a depth of 1.5m it is also unlikely that the foundations of the new building would impact on the original ground level. In the highly unlikley scenario that the SMR feature ANT 060:060 still exists it is currently protected and probably will be by the large amount of fill that has been dumped on top.
