Testing and excavation of half of this development site was undertaken under the same licence by Emmet Stafford in January and February 2014. The licence was extended in March 2014 to include monitoring and excavation of further features which were both medieval and post-medieval in date. A number of walls were also recorded which probably pre-date the 19th century. These walls were preserved in-situ as they form part of the boundary of the development site.
