Monitoring was undertaken on the site of a house renovation within the historic town of Drogheda and in close proximity to the site of the former Drogheda Grammar School (Laurence Centre) where numerous excavations (96E0121, 98E0544, 02E1695, 02E1695, 02E1695, 05E0186) have identified medieval and post-medieval structures and features of high significance. No archaeological material was recorded in the course of the works which had minimal ground disturbance.
