Monitoring of enabling works for the Kilmainham Civic Space was undertaken between November 2014 and February 2015. The works were located adjacent to the Dublin City Zone of Archaeological Potential (DU018-020) and Kilmainham Gaol (DU018-125). The installation of a new watermain, the installation of a surface water sewer and the diversion of existing services via underground ducting were carried out under archaeological supervision. No archaeological finds or features were recorded.
