A licence was granted for monitoring sub-surface works associated with an extension at Fishy Fishy Cafe, Crowley’s Quay, Kinsale. Ground level was reduced by 0.2-0.4m within the area of the extension (15m x 6m) which was located at the front (to the east) of the existing premises. No archaeological stratigraphy was recorded within the area of the extension and no artefacts were recovered.
