Following the resolution of a number of medieval and post-medieval features in the area of the extension to the primary school at Castlelands, Buttevant in 2013, monitoring of the excavation of service trenches was carried out in 2014. No archaeological finds, features or deposits were uncovered during the course of monitoring the narrow service trenches which extended to the west and north-west of the area previously subject to excavation.
