Monitoring was carried out at Coach House Mews, No. 15, Duke Street Drogheda prior to the construction of a two storey extension to the front of the existing dwelling. The site is located within the Zone of Archaeological potential for the historic town of Drogheda.
This site was previously assessed in 2004 (04E1600)? prior to the construction of the existing dwelling. No features or deposits of archaeological significance were identified at the time. The present work included the monitoring of excavations for foundation and service trenches. No features or finds of archaeological significance were recovered from the site.
