An archaeological evaluation was carried out prior to the proposed construction of a new primary school on lands east of 17 Mossvale Terrace, Dromore.
Out of the 20 proposed test trenches, 7 could not be excavated due to the level of made ground in this area. All remaining trenches were excavated using a machine fitted with a toothless bucket.
No archaeological deposits were identified during the course of the evaluation.
