In September 2013, an archaeological evaluation was undertaken at the site of a proposed dwelling and driveway 90m north-west of 39 Balnamore Road, in the townland of Coldagh, County Antrim. The site is adjacent to an enclosure of uncertain date and of which there are no visible remains (ANT017-031). Topsoil stripping of the development area (total area approx. 0.02ha) was monitored. Subsoil was encountered at a depth of 0.25-0.3m directly below the topsoil. No finds of features of archaeological significance were uncovered.
