A programme of monitoring was carried out in association with the construction of a fourteenth wind turbine (and access road), which forms part of the existing Glenough Wind Farm. The work was carried out over two phases during June and August of 2012 and included site investigations followed by all topsoil stripping. This was undertaken in response to planning conditions attached to the development. No features of archaeological significance were identified during the course of monitoring.
